Dogs will always have water and we monitor them closely to ensure they're calm and relaxed. During hot summer months, all sleeping areas are air-conditioned, and in winter, they're comfortably heated.

🏥 HEALTH & SAFETY

For your peace of mind and your dog's safety, all dogs are equipped with GPS trackers during their stay with us. This allows us to monitor their location at all times, ensuring their safety during walks, adventures, and throughout their time at the social club.

We have partnerships with several local veterinary clinics including: • Water's Edge Veterinary Hospital (909 Salem St, Groveland) - Our primary vet, open Mon/Tue/Fri 8am-4pm, Thu 8am-6pm • Bulger Veterinary Hospital (141 Winthrop Ave, Lawrence) - 24/7 emergency care • Riverside Veterinary Clinic (664 Riverside Ave, Haverhill) - Backup care, open Mon-Fri 8am-7pm In case of any health concerns, we'll contact you immediately and take your dog to either your preferred vet or one of our partner clinics. We recommend leaving a credit card on file for emergency veterinary care.

During extreme weather conditions: • Heat advisories: Activities move indoors with AC, outdoor time limited to brief potty breaks • Thunderstorms: Dogs are kept safely indoors with comfort items and supervision • Snow/Ice: We use pet-safe ice melt and adjust walk durations • Natural disasters: We have emergency protocols and backup power systems

Yes. For the health of all social club members, we require records that your dog is up to date with: • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza) • Rabies • Bordetella (within last 6 months) • Leptospirosis These must be provided before the first stay and kept current for return visits.

🐾 SPECIAL CARE

Yes! We are happy to give your pup the medications and shots they need. Please include the medication and detailed instructions with your dog's day pack. (Note, we are not vets or medically trained and not able to prescribe or make medical decisions).

We understand how difficult it is to leave an elderly dog. As long as your dog is able to go to the bathroom outside and sleep on their own, we are happy to take care of senior pups. We have experience with senior dog care and can provide: • Extra attention and monitoring • Medication management • Gentle exercise at Great Brook Farm State Park's accessible trails • Special bedding and comfort accommodations • Regular updates on mobility and comfort

🍽️ FOOD & SUPPLIES

For the sake of your dog's tummy, we ask that you bring enough food for your dogs' stay. We can also feed them Kirkland dog food on request at a $10/day fee. We recommend bringing your dog's regular food to avoid any digestive issues that might come from changing their diet.
